Day 01: Arrival Yangon
Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, our friendly local guide will greet you with a welcome signboard and escort you to the hotel for check-in. Begin your exploration with a visit to the National Museum, showcasing intriguing exhibits including the 8-meter-high Lion Throne of King Thibaw Min. Drive through Chinatown and the Indian quarter, admiring the Colonial Style Buildings and the iconic Sule Pagoda in downtown Yangon. After lunch at a local restaurant, explore Bogyoke (Scott) Market, renowned for its collection of Burmese handicrafts. Conclude your day with a mesmerizing sunset experience at Shwedagon Pagoda, the spiritual heart of Myanmar. Day 02: Yangon – Bagan
After breakfast, our local guide will take you to Yangon Domestic Airport for your flight to Bagan. Explore Nyaung U Market and the historic Shwezigone Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta. Discover the art of lacquerware at a local workshop before checking into your hotel..After lunch, visit the iconic Ananda Pagoda with its four standing Buddha statues, and the ancient Manuha Temple. Explore Nan Paya Temple and the Myazedi Stupa, featuring inscriptions in four languages. Continue to the Myinkaba area to see the Gubyaukgyi Temple, built in dedication to King Kyansittha’s father. Finally, enjoy the stunning sunset view at ShweSandaw Pagoda. Have dinner at a local restaurant and spending the night at your hotel.
Day 03: Bagan – Mandalay
After breakfast, we’ll whisk you off to Nyaung U airport for an early flight to Mandalay. From there, our first stop is Amarapura, the former royal capital. Here, you’ll marvel at the U Bein Bridge, spanning Taungthaman Lake and crafted entirely from teakwood, believed to be the oldest and longest of its kind globally.Next, we’ll visit the Mahagandayon Monastery, a bustling Buddhist learning center where you can observe the daily lives of monks.
Then, immerse yourself in the artistry of silk weaving at local workshops before heading to Mahamyatmuni Pagoda, home to the revered Mahamuni Buddha image.After a glimpse into marble carving and gold leaf beating techniques, we’ll check you into your hotel. Later, explore Shwenandaw Monastery, renowned for its intricate teak carvings depicting Buddhist tales. Then, visit Kuthodaw Pagoda, housing the World’s Largest Book, and Kyaukdawgyi Pagoda, featuring a massive marble Buddha.Cap off your day with a stunning sunset view from Mandalay Hill before returning to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay. Day 04: Mandalay – Heho – Inle
After breakfast, we’ll take you to Mandalay airport for your flight to Heho. From there, we’ll transfer you to Nyaung Shwe and then to your hotel in Inle Lake via a local boat. Check-in and enjoy lunch.
Then , embark on an unforgettable Inle Lake boat trip, where you’ll witness the unique “Leg Rowers” of the Intha people, who row standing up with one leg wrapped around an oar. Explore the fascinating tomato floating gardens and traditional handicraft workshops, including silverwork, silk weaving, lotus tissue fabrication, cheroot making , and Shan paper-making.Afterward , visit the enchanting Shwe Indein Pagoda, Ah Lo Taw Pauk Pagoda, and the revered Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the holiest religious site in southern Shan State. Don’t miss a visit to Nga Phe Kyaung, also known as the Jumping Cat Monastery, housing over 200-year-old Buddha images.Conclude your day with dinner and accommodation at Inle Lake, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of this unique destination.
Day 05: Heho – Yangon
After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Heho airport for your flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival, our exploration continues with a visit to Kaba Aye Pagoda, also known as the World Peace Pagoda, and the nearby Maha Pasana Guha, or Great Cave, symbolizing the Sixth Great Synod. Next, we’ll head to the Gems Museum, adjacent to Kaba Aye Pagoda, where you can explore 82 stores across three floors offering high-quality raw and finished gem products, including rubies, sapphires, pearls, jade, and more.Our journey then takes us to the impressive Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, home to a 65-meter-long Reclining Buddha image. Afterward, you’ll have some free leisure time to relax.Finally, indulge in dinner at a local restaurant before retiring for the night at your hotel in Yangon.
Day 06: Departure Yangon
Have breakfast at hotel and free time till you are transferred to Yangon International Airport for departure.
