Day 01: Arrival Yangon

Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, our local guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. We’ll start with a visit to the National Museum, showcasing fascinating exhibits including the majestic Sihasana Palin, the Lion Throne of King Thibaw Min. Then, we’ll drive through Chinatown and the Indian quarter, admiring colonial-style buildings and the iconic Sule Pagoda. Next stop is Bogyoke (Scott) Market, where you can explore Burmese handicrafts. Finally, we’ll witness the enchanting sunset at the timeless Shwedagon Pagoda, the spiritual heart of Myanmar. Afterward, return to your hotel for an overnight stay. Lunch and dinner will be provided at local restaurants.
 

Day 02: Yangon – Bagan

After breakfast, our guide will take you to Yangon Domestic Airport for your flight to Bagan. We’ll start with a visit to Nyaung U Market and Shwezigone Pagoda, followed by a tour of a local lacquerware workshop. After lunch, we’ll explore Ananda Pagoda, Manuha Temple, Nan Paya Temple, and Myazedi Stupa. Then, we’ll head to Myinkaba to see Gubyaukgyi Temple before enjoying a breathtaking sunset at ShweSandaw Pagoda. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant, and you’ll spend the night at your hotel.

 

Day 03: Bagan – Mt.Popa – Bagan (Balloons over Bagan) – Yangon

After breakfast, we’ll transfer to Popa, approximately 1 ½ hours away from Bagan. Mount Popa, known as the “Mount of Spirits,” houses the sacred Popa Taungkalat Monastery, home to 37 ancient spirits. Climbing the 777 steps offers stunning views, but watch out for the monkeys! On our way back to Bagan, we’ll stop to try traditional snacks made from palm juice. Upon returning to Bagan, enjoy the “Balloons over Bagan” experience, offering a unique perspective of the ancient kingdom during a 45-minute hot air balloon flight. Dinner will be served at the hotel, where you’ll spend the night in Bagan.

 

Day 04: Yangon Departure

After breakfast, we’ll head to Nyaung U Airport for a morning flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, we’ll visit Kaba Aye Pagoda and Maha Pasana Guha, followed by a stop at the Gems Museum. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Then, we’ll proceed to Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda to see the impressive 65-meter-long Reclining Buddha. Finally, we’ll transfer you to Yangon International Airport for your departure.
