Reservation

Payment Policy

In order to arrange your itinerary and guarantee your reservations, we accept 30% of the total cost as an advance deposit through bank account……….. The remaining amount must be paid upon your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Complete cancellation within 30 days of your arrival is not possible. Kindly see the following:

a) Tour Cancellation

30-21 days prior to arrival             30%        of full tour cost

20-14 days prior to arrival             50%        of full tour cost

13-7 days prior to arrival                80%        of full tour cost

Less than 7 days in advance         100%     of full tour cost

b) Hotel Cancellation

For hotel cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, guests will be charged for one night hotel fees.

c) Domestic Air Ticket Cancellation

Cancellation of domestic air tickets must be made 7 days prior to arrival. Less than 7 days will be charged at 50% of the total air fare. Failure to cancel will result in a 100% charge.

Tariff Validity

The price or rates quoted are valid at the time of your enquiry. However, the rates may vary in accordance to prevailing currency exchange rates.

Group Discount Policy

For every 16-person group, a maximum of one person will be included as free-of-charge.

Tour Price

All tour prices are calculated as net price in USD$. 

Ground Transportation

Ground transportation will be provided as mentioned. We aim to provide the latest vehicles that will give you a sense of comfort. Where such facilities do not exist we will provide the best available alternative.

Refund Policy

The entire prepaid cash or credit deposits described above will be non-refundable.

Child Policy                                                        

Children under 11 years old sharing a room with parents will be charged 75% of the adult fares. Infants two years and younger (not occupying a bed or seat in cabin of aircraft) will not be charged.

Confirmation

All confirmations are generally by return fax or e-mail from Monday to Saturday. Where we cannot provide immediate confirmation, we will inform you of the booking status once the reservation has been made.

Responsibility

Wanderlust Travel and Tour Company Limited will take no responsibilities for any loss or additional expenses due to accidents, delay, sickness, weather, strikes or other causes beyond our control.

Wanderlust Travel and Tour Company Limited urges all travelers and tour operators to ensure that appropriate medical coverage and medical precautions are taken. In cases requiring medical attention, any additional costs must be paid by the tourists.

Participation in the tour implies that the person shall agree with the above mentioned. Wanderlust Travel and Tour Company Limited will make the fullest endeavor to keep up with the original tour program and arrangements as agreed upon the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the clients.

Accommodation Condition

Accommodation is provided as being indicated. The related hotel takes full responsibilities for the inconvenience if there should be any dissatisfaction during your stay.
